I don't know all the details on Shinigami, but from what I've been able to gather is what someone else had said earlier and the provider they were using to stream the movies over a few nights busted down all his links, and just recently the main site is back up with a rather limited volume.

Reguardless I gotta give X-Death credit for running one of the best streaming sites I've ever come across. From what I could tell he gave it his all and no one (not that anyone on here I think would) should flame him for no longer being able to provide like he was.

But as I said I don't know all the exact details, but this is what I gathered off of his shout box comments.

Skoften.com has some . It's free but you need to sign up . That way you can access a chanel ( network ) called the back room . Once there search hentai and you'll see a few channels . There's maybe 20 or more full vids there . My favorite was Foxy Nudes 2 .

A downloaded version of it always runs better and is of much higher quality, so I personally wouldn't even bother with streaming hentai.
